Terms and Conditions

Payment:

• Full payment is required prior to delivery to reserve your lawn greeting.
• Payment secures specific graphics and greetings for your chosen date.

Delivery, Setup, and Pickup:

• Delivery and setup occur anytime after 7 PM before your celebration.
• Pickup is scheduled after 7 PM on the day of your event.
• Delivery fee will apply based on the address of delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund or credit provided if inclement weather prevents setup.
• Refunds may be refused if terms are not met.

Pre-Setup Requirements:

• Provide correct address for signage placement.
• Ensure property owner or authority is aware of our presence.
• Grant authorization for gated community access, if applicable.
• Remove pets and animal droppings from the setup area.
• Water lawn 12-24 hours before setup for 45 minutes. 
• Mow the lawn where signage will be placed.

After Setup:

• Do not remove, rearrange, or relocate any signs. Contact us if early removal is needed.
• Verbiage on signs must be pre-approved.
• Do not attach balloons or objects to signs.
• Exercise caution when cutting the lawn around signs.
• Prevent children from playing near or tampering with signs.

Liability:

• Yard Fairy Party Rental is not responsible for injury, property damage, or loss during setup, exhibit, or removal.
• Missing or damaged items will be charged to the credit card on file.

Miscellaneous:

• A small company sign will be placed in your yard; please do not move it.
• We reserve the right to cancel service and provide a full refund at our discretion.
• A $50 re-delivery fee applies if signage must be relocated due to incorrect address.
• An additional fee of $75 will apply to indoor setup or yards with rock instead of grass. 

Agreement:

• By placing your order, you agree to all policies listed above.
